§ 1-2. Authority and title.

This ordinance is authorized pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, found in Code of Virginia, tit. 15.1, ch. 11, art. 7, § 15.1-465 et seq., "Land Subdivision and Development." The ordinance is known and may be cited as "Subdivision Ordinance of Greene County, Virginia."
